Final price was the same they gave me over phone and when I arrived with vehicle. They got me in right away and were prompt. Friendly and let me know I had a couple minor additional things to fix on the truck after they had done the service. Price was great, much better price than going to a big dealer. Hi Pella Auto is the best and the most price right place to take your car to the staff is very courteous they will call you and tell you what is wrong and how best to proceed they wont do anything unless you give the ok for them to do what is necessary the even tell you how much is will cost in advance this is why i will trust them with my car any time.

Really appreciate the level of service Pella Car Care provides. They are always friendly, very informative, and I always leave confident in the work they’ve done. Just got an oil change in this super cold spell we’ve been having, and they even started my car to keep it warm while I paid and finished up at the register!
