Everyone, everything was TOP NOTCH. Every single employee was out-going, friendly, helpful. Just delightful!! All of them! The lady at the front desk, the young man hauling me home and back and my mechanic, Jay, was so courteous, concerned and explained things to me so patiently giving me his recommendations. Being older and without family to help and guide me, I was relieved to get such competent care and told each one so. It's heart warming and very comforting to find such compassionate care. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for taking a huge weight off an old ladies shoulders knowing you "have my back" when it comes to keeping my car in good condition and me safe.

Able to accurately diagnose my daughters vehicle issue at college and I didn't have to leave my home to interact with them or even pay the bill. Will continue to utilize this service while my daughter attends college in Pella.

I called Pella car care at 7 AM to talk about tires and alignment. By 3 o’clock all of the work was done!! They came to my work and picked up my car and then brought it back. I could not believe the turnaround time was so quick. Cannot express how appreciative I am for a company that provides such a great service.

The check engine light appeared on our 15 year old Ford Flex and we noticed a decline in fuel efficiency so we scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis with Pella Car Care on their website. I dropped the vehicle off the morning of our appointment and Pella Car Care gave me a courtesy lift to my workplace. Within a few hours of dropping off the vehicle I got a call regarding the diagnosis, the plan for repair and the estimated price. The oxygen sensor had gone bad and needed replaced. I gave the go-ahead over the phone and a few hours later was notified by text that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up at our convenience. I was given an option to pay online but opted to pay when I picked up the vehicle that afternoon. No more check engine light and we're back to our expected fuel efficiency. Great service and reasonable prices. We're very happy doing business with Pella Car Care.

We really appreciated the convenience of dropping off the car on the weekend, and putting the keys in a drop box. It was not overpriced. Had my wife’s air conditioner in her car recharged.

The key drop box is convenient. Several of our customers work the same hours we do and using the drop box is a way to make it to work on time. I'm glad that feature works well for you.
