I was very well taken care of by the team at Pella Car Care! My auto was firing off a myriad of different warning lights and stopped running as I entered their parking lot. They were able to quickly move the car and after diagnostics came to a simple fix. I especially appreciated the clear, and frequent, communication. It was a huge help that they offered to pick me up at my home and take me back to the shop so I could easily pick up my car when it was ready. Thank you to the team!

Love the fact that if I call ahead - I can get a loaner car. Not sure if they have enough to do that for a lot of people at one time - but it sure helped me today! They even had it warmed up. I also had a little bit of a time constraint today and they were able to do that as well. Much appreciated.
