Even on a busy busy day, the crew at Pella Car Care was able to get my wife's tire repaired and replaced in little to no time, while taking the time to do a check through and catching a bulb that was out. Thank you once again to PCC for everything they do!

My wife discovered her vehicle wouldn't start when attempting to leave Hy-Vee. It sounded like it was a battery issue. After calling Pella Car Care, they volunteered to come pick up the keys from me at home and see if they could get it jump started in the Hy-Vee lot and then drive it to their shop to diagnose the issue. A few hours later, Pella Car Care called to say they had diagnosed the battery as bad (it was old) and recommended a replacement. They gave me an estimate on the repair and asked if I would like them to proceed. I gave my permission and that afternoon they called to let me know the vehicle was repaired and ready for the road again. The bill was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone and taking care of it was a snap. All in all, I would have never expected them to go that extra mile to come get the keys and take care of everything on their own. We're very happy with the service we get from Pella Car Care. Five stars for the effort and courtesy they showed to ensure my wife got back on the road as quickly as possible.
