Our 2018 Edge had to have the engine replaced due to the dreaded coolant intrusion issue. Luckily we had an extended service contract which covered most of the cost. Pella Car Care kept us updated throughout the whole process and allowed us to use one of their loaner vehicles for almost 2 weeks. We are a one car family so for that we are so very grateful. These guys are the best.

I take my vehicles for service. Everyone is courteous and friendly from the time I walk in until I leave. Since I drive over from Knoxville I utilize their waiting room which is very nice.
