Pella Car Care provides excellent service for my vehicles. They offer loaner vehicles (locally), and perform routine inspections to note possible issues - but never pressure you to spend extra money. They definitely take great care of their customers!

Went for a noise my car was occasionally making. While the noise couldn't be diagnosed, due to no longer being noisey, the employees completed a thorough inspection, fixed something that wasn't right, competed an oil change, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the service and work completed. Would recommend this shop for real.
