Efficient, courteous service rendered in a timely manner, plus shuttle service to/from my place of employment while Pella Car Care had my automobile. In addition, Pella Car Care checked over my car for other potential problems and provided cost estimates for the items they identified. Finally, kudos to Pella Car Care for their program last fall giving gift certificates for free oil changes in exchange for donations to local non-profits (this program is what brought me to Pella Car Care.)

Ok I deal with this business everyday at work, and when my truck broke a brake line and I didn't have time to fix it they did it for me in a half a day and it was cheap! I don't take my vehicles to shops if I don't have to but if I don't have the time Pella Car Care is the place I let do the work because I know its done right the first time and its at a great price! Thanks everyone at Pella Car Care!

Super great guys, brought my car in for an oil change and a check on a few things and turned out to have some issues that needed fixed. They really seemed concerned about my safety in the vehicle and even stuck 2 people on the job so I could have the car safe to drive when I needed it to get to school 45 minutes away the next day. I am very happy and will continue to bring my car here for all my maintenance needs.
