The staff at Pella Car Care was so extremely helpful when I had a recent issue with my car. Each staff person took time to talk through the issue, examine my options, and make honest suggestions. I appreciated the time the staff took to go above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and I was informed. They were very honest about what they thought I should fix and what would probably be alright. I was going to be cutting it close on time so they let me borrow a loaner vehicle. Very good experience!
