Excellent and friendly service. Got my appointment quickly, they drove me to work and then communicated well with me about my car throughout the day, and it was all a reasonable cost. Fixed my issue in a single day which was also appreciated. Plan on using them again in the future. :)

Pella Car Care has been servicing and repairing my vehicles for more than 20 years. Why? Because I know I can trust Jeff, Jay and Austin to give me sound advice and the technicians to do professional work. The bottom line is I can give them my vehicle and say "fix it", knowing I can trust them to do only what is needed. Often they will tell me of a concern but that there's no hurry to get it done - and that they will keep an eye on it each time it comes in for service. I couldn't be happier with what they do, and I recommend PCC often!

Working here in Pella on the Red Rock Hydroelectric Project from Arizona, the question became, "Who can I trust with my automotive repair?". Decided to enlist Pella Car Care. The folks here were friendly, courteous, explained the issues, performed the work and returned the vehicle in a timely manner. Did I mention they also provide shuttle service...nice touch!
