I live in Ottumwa, but the service, atmosphere, and friendly & knowledgeable attitude of Pella Car Care is well worth the 45 minute drive it takes for me to get there. I’m so happy to have found what I consider to be an S-tier auto shop. From the moment I first called Pella Car Care, I have been thoroughly impressed. When I spoke to Jay on the phone, he did not rush me and was very friendly and thorough in the preliminary questions he asked about the nature of my car issues. They were able to work on my car immediately too, which was fantastic. When I brought my car in the next morning, I was greeted by Kathy who also shuttled me to the Pella Town Square, which is where I asked her to drop me off while they worked on my car. Within about an hour after being dropped off, I received a call from Jeff (the original owner of PCC) and had a pleasant conversation with him. Jeff relayed to me what Brian and the rest of the technicians at Pella Car Care discovered, and it was all accurate. They did not try to take advantage of me at all, and I was very grateful for that! Agreeing to the work and the extremely fair price, I hung up with Jeff and about an hour later my car’s issues were all resolved (suspension maintenance, rear hub replacement, oil change and leak fixed, air filter replacement, rear wiper replacement) and Kathy promptly picked me up where I asked her to and drove me back to their shop to get my car. The whole experience (dropping off my car, diagnosis, repair, picking up my car) was under 4 hours. The work was solid and my car is running great now. Conclusion: I definitely plan to be using Pella Car Care in the future for my auto needs. 👍
