Pella car care was amazing from the very first phone call asking about availability. Kathy was wonderful to talk to and on top of her office duties also provided the shuttle service. The shuttle was impeccably clean. The office and waiting area and what can be seen of the shop are also very clean and you can see the pride in the work they do. I will continue to use these guys and continue to recommend them to my family and friends. I brought my jeep patriot in for some brake and wheel stud replacement after I broke a stud. Bryce checked me in and listened to my concerns, and got me on my way back home. Later that morning he called to explain what they had found and recommended repairs and called with several different quotes. Bryce never pressured me into the extra repairs and even gave recommendations based on safety. I ended up going ahead with 90% of the repairs they found. Bryce was easy to work with and kept me informed the entire time. They also didn’t do any work unless I authorized it first. This will be the only place I take my car from now on. They were amazing and friendly and made me feel like I, as a customer, truly mattered to them.
