Brought my 2014 Grand Caravan to Pella Car Care after the exceptional Customer service my daughter received. It was worth the 3 hour drive knowing I would get honest feedback and results. Scheduled to have all brakes and rotors replaced. Turned out, I only needed the rear replaced. Shocking since I had all original brake pads, etc and 249,000 miles on them. They addressed all my concerns and in a timely fashion. Also, they emailed me an estimate, sight unseen, in advance and it was spot on. I will keep going back. Thank you to Brice for your time and awesome team!

I work in the Pella area and they are very accommodating and will pick up my car while I’m at work and have it returned before I’m finished with my day.
