I made an online appointment. When I received the confirmation I didn't look at the date and brought it in a day early. They were gracious enough to try and get the work done by the end of day so I wouldn't be without a vehicle for another day. Great job getting it done and greatly appreciated. I have another vehicle that needs service but scheduling is out 10 to 14 days. Everyone wants things done now, but I have great respect for them going the extra mile whenever possible, so patience is in order.

In the past, I didn’t have the best experience with Pella Car Care, but I feel like over the past couple of years they have definitely improved so much. Like any business there’s always room for improvement, but they seem to be doing just that.

Very professional. Polite and answered all my questions. I had axel seals replaced and was surprised to learn that they warranted the work for - 2 YEARS. WOW! I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism.

When you are a mechanic and your daughter is five hours away at collage. And her cars check engine light comes on it's hard to let someone else take care of your babies car. But you came highly recommended from friends and family in Pella. I see why very friendly and knowledgeable people to do business with. I thank you very much for taking care of my daughters car when I couldn't very much appreciated.

Finding a mechanic away from home is not an easy task. We consider it a privilege to be able to help several of our college students. We are their home away from home.
