Pella Car Care was able to successfully diagnose and fix a major issue with my car when 2 other auto shops were not able to do so. They referred to an official Ford memo for the potential issue (that the others had not done) and fixed my car quickly. They called me prior to the repair with an estimated cost for the work to make sure I approved first. I know we've found our new go-to auto shop in town.
