10/10 customer service!! Everyone I spoke with was so nice and accommodating and my car was fixed the next day even with late notice. Also the free shuttle service is a life saver.

The cold weather has created several car related emergencies. I'm glad we were able to assist you and get your car in running order again. And yes, the free shuttle service is very convenient.

When my car battery died on one of the coldest days of the year, I was worried how long it may take to repair and what I would do without a vehicle in the meantime. Pella Car Care got me in right away, had my car fixed in 24 hours, and let me use one of their loaners while mine was out of commission. They kept me updated on the progress, were so prompt, and always do great work!
