Service was very quick. They have a set rate for the labor on most of the common jobs which is nice because you know what you will be paying up front.

Accurate estimates are very important. No one likes surprises in regards to the cost of repairs when they are standing at the counter ready to pick up their vehicle. We will always be upfront with you,

Very thorough and accommodating. Happy to give a loaner if I need to run errands or drop off and pick up from my house.

Service tech got me in for important maintenance service and mechanic identified problem that I had not seen. Repaired and back the same day. Great response for my needed work.

Fantastic service all around. The communication was excellent, probably the best I've ever had with a repair shop. Their prices were absolutely reasonable, especially considering the emergency nature of the service the provided. I wish they were local because they would 100% become my default repair shop, but unfortunately I live 3 hours away. If you have to have your car breakdown...try to do it in Pella and use Pella Car Care to get it up and running again. :)
