We stopped by to get a light fixed and were heled immediately

My first time here, and all work done was top-notch! The only thing that I found inconvenient was the required 4 hour block of time for just an alignment. Makes it very difficult to be without transportation with a packed schedule and 2 young kids. Would have been nice to be able to just wait the roughly hour that other places do and be on my way again. Instead of having to arrange multiple rides and someone to watch the kids, etc.

I so appreciate the attitude of those who answered the phone and the ease with which I could schedule my appointment. Kathy could look up some past history re the tires I decided to purchase for my Kia Soul. And when I dropped off my Kia early Friday morning, I was assured that I would get my car back later that day. And they kept that promise.

You guys are the best!

I feel they do a wonderful job at Pella car Care and I will return. The only one thing that I don't like is having to do a automobile service check prior to the mechanic work. I don't like having to pay that.
