They did a fix on the AC on our minivan, and while it was challenging and they needed to replace several parts, they kept me informed and treated me fairly. Make sure you provide an email address so that they can provide you with all of the details and you can approve or reject their recommendations - it makes the process much smoother.

Pella Car Care really stands out with their customer service. I scheduled a service online and they called because I had forgotten to select the service I needed. Not only did they help make sure I was getting the correct service scheduled they were able to get me in 3 days earlier than expected. Once I got there they offered to drive me to work and were extremely kind and well mannered throughout every interaction I had. PCC will absolutely be my first choice for any automotive needs that arise in my household.

I was waited on immediately and able to make an appointment quickly and soon. During the work they found a small problem and called me and explained what they could do to fix it. Since I had had that problem before with another business, I declined their offer, and he accepted my explanation very kindly. I appreciated all that. I appreciated that someone got my car and returned it. Thank-you.
