Made apt for brakes on my Honda brakes and they inspected and said no not needed. They were still good. Told them about a rattle in front end and they replaced a bushing that was wearing out. This place is HONEST. They took me home and picked me up as courtesy. Prices were more than fair. We are traveling and highly recommend them for the friendly professional staff. Thank you.

A really nice bunch of folks at Pella Car Care. I was called about my car and given options for taking care of the issues. The cost won’t be inexpensive but is a great deal better than at a DSM dealership. As well, the dealer couldn’t get me in for 6 weeks; PCC got me an appointment in two days!

My wife and I recently moved to Pella. We decided to use Pella Car Care to have the oil changed and tires rotated on one of our vehicles. We dropped the car off the night before. I called them on the morning of the service and asked them if they would be able to drop the car back at our house. They were able to do that for us. The amount care and customer service we received in our first visit was amazing. We will be taking all of our vehicles to Pella Car Care.
