Fast excellent service- diagnosed the problem quickly, bad fuel pump, fixed it, & got the ol’ truck back on the road. They also pointed out several items that will need to be addressed in the future but didn’t try to pressure me in to fixing anything that didn’t need to be done immediately.

Routine service, but in their tire inspection discovered tire(s) wearing abnormally and called to suggest re-alignment. Very glad they found a problem and called to explain it to me and their suggested remedy. Professional office staff, and friendly. This includes the mechanics who actually do the work on the car. Thanks, really!

We were driving from Western Canada to Florida when our alternator went out near Pella. We made it to town. Pella Car Care took us in and in 2 1/2 hours we were back on the road with a new alternator. It could not have been better. Thank you. And they gave us a ride to downtown so we could tour!
