Words cand describe how much Pella car care has helped me these last few years !! When I was struggling to make ends meet ,my child was hospitalized, my vab broke down.. I had no idea what I was going to do . I had my van takin to Them and they fixed it and someone gifted the service to me . From there on I vowed to have them as my Car care . I now was able to purchase a new car and they inspected it . And when after a week of having car I had a problem. They offered to help pay for a tow and another inspection. Pella Motor made it right for me. but how Awesome that they offered! Just Awesome God servicing People!! Thankyou All so much . And Yay I've got all my punches so my next oil change is FREE

Excellent and fast service. They were able to get me in right away for an alignment service despite being extremely busy. The cost was well below what shops in Des Moines have hit me in the past for the same service (tiresplus). My bill was thoroughly explained to me; including other areas of my truck that they looked at for free to notify me of potential issues. Overall would be more than happy to come back again.
