Pella & Marion County Auto Repair

I recently decided to switch to pella car care from a different place in town and I was skeptical at first with certain recommendations. I am also a very big researcher when it comes to maintenance or repairs and I even go as far to getting second opinions. Every maintenance recommendation has checked out and most recently they found that I had bad tires at an oil change and the technician stayed late to install 4 new tires. I think Pella car care has earned my trust now and we will be using them for all repairs

Excellent Service Good diagnosis and advice.

I am impressed by Jeff already and he hasn't even looked at the car yet. My son is away from home, Atlanta Ga, attending school at William Penn. He has a check engine light on and his temp gauge is going straight to hot. As you can imagine, I am a nervous wreck being 17 hours away. Jeff, took control of the situation and has already eased my mind. He seemed to understand the fear I had and has reassured me he would take care of my son's car. For a parent who cannot be there to help or fix a problem, it was OUTSTANDING to hear a calm and friendly voice, who was willing to take control of the situation for me. That reassurance was worth it's weight in gold!!!

They got me in right away and this is important since m family only has one car! They were very professional and explained what might be needed on my car in the future and how to maintain it well. Even offered me a ride to McDonalds while I waited! Great job!

Very prompt response after I assisted GEICO with phone numbers of Pella auto repair businesses. Apparently you do not accept direct payment from GEICO - so she didn't have your phone number in her roadside assistance system. That's the only thing that would have helped expedite my service more quickly. The service attendant was great, he got me on the road in just minutes! Thanks for your service!

The team at Pella Car Care carefully explained what service needed to be done and why. They were very upfront and honest (even telling me what did not need to be done and why). They even gave a loaner car to use until the next day when work was completed. I would highly recommend Pella Car Care.
