Pella car care had employees that were very nice and did my oil change in a timely manner and inspected the car. I am a new customer and will have them care for my car from now on.

I do not buy new cars every year, so when I moved to Pella looking for a garage to service my vehicles was obviously a priority. I got several recomendations and tried out a variety of places before choosing Pella Car Care. I have used them for over ten years now. They have proven to do excellent work that they will stand behind, they are fair on pricing, reliable in their scheduling, and pleasant to work with. I do not have anything to gain in writing this, I just feel like if I was new to the area it would be welcome information. BTW, if you are "knowledgeable" on the subject of auto mechanics as I am, ask for Jay who is particularly good. Truthfully they are all pretty darn good.

Good honest guys did a good honest job

My first experience and it was very smooth. They explained things well and my pick-up and drop-off folks were great.

Pella Car Care was the third quote on a reasonably expensive repair. They asked great questions, considered multiple options, and provided me a quote within a few hours. Their price was reasonable, they held true to their quote, their work was excellent, and they were friendly and professional at all times.

Very good service, with flexibility to have a specific appointment time, wait for the vehicle to be done, or use the offered loaner vehicle. Thanks.

The truck had an engine light on; I was pleased that I was able to get the vehicle in so quickly for an evaluation. The diagnostics found the problem and it was repaired the same day. :)
