The staff at Pella Car Care was so extremely helpful when I had a recent issue with my car. Each staff person took time to talk through the issue, examine my options, and make honest suggestions. I appreciated the time the staff took to go above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and I was informed. They were very honest about what they thought I should fix and what would probably be alright. I was going to be cutting it close on time so they let me borrow a loaner vehicle. Very good experience!

Sometimes appointments go longer than expected so it's nice that we are able to set you up with a loaner vehicle. We are glad you were happy with your experience with us and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Great service, didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need. I will be back for future service.

When our customers bring their vehicles to us we have a professional obligation to let them know what our technicians see that is wrong with their vehicle or what maintenance is due according to the manufacturer.
