Super accommodating! I didn’t feel like they tried to scam me as a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars. They have a shuttle to take you back after dropping off your car, and to pick you up after your car is done! They also have roadside assistance for free and an oil change punch card.

I went in for an oil change and they were able to work me in and offer me a loaner car for the afternoon. The service was great! They noticed my wiper blades needed changed and called and offed to do that for a very reasonable price and explained my options for blades for my vehicle. Great service and exceeded my expectations!

I was having electrical troubles with my Nissan Maxima. I feared it was going to be a big bill but Pella Car Care was able to get me in quickly and diagnosed the problem even quicker than quoted. At the end of the day the bill was a under what was quoted and had my car back within minutes of the replacement parts arriving.
